Based in the centre of Bristol we work in-house with a talented team of multi-disciplined creatives.

Our clients span almost every sector and include The Royal Mint, University of Bristol, IDLES, Toshiba, VisitBritain and Battersea to name a few.

Role description

We needn’t tell you about the challenges that 2020-2021 presented - in both our work and personal lives - but thanks to our team’s creativity, resilience, client loyalty and sheer bloody hard work we came out with all but a scratch.

Alongside growth plans that are already in motion, we’re looking for someone with proven experience and drive to help us use the last year as a springboard and bring an ambitious and exciting growth strategy to fruition.

You’ll be working alongside our directors and the rest of the team in both developing, adapting and actioning this strategy across multiple channels, expanding on our strong and diverse client portfolio.

We love our close-knit, creative environment and every other member of the team is studio-based. However we understand that this role doesn’t need to be, and will actively benefit from home and flexible working.

In any case, we’re proud of our Bristol connections and want someone who’ll still be an active, involved member of the team, so working from the studio at least 1 day a week is essential.

Required skills

We’re looking for somebody with experience and a proven track record of growing revenue. Whether this is for another creative agency or not, we don’t mind, but we’re looking for someone with a passion for what we do and the creative sector.

We’re also not selling insurance, cars or toner and our clients don’t want to talk to a salesperson. In that sense you’ll also be working closely with our directors, whilst being able to speak authentically and passionately with prospective clients as a member of a creative team.

You’ll probably even go under a different job title so you’re not just thought of as the salesperson,

With very little red tape, working within a team of 12 and reporting directly to the founders, you’ll have a huge amount of autonomy over what opportunities to take and how to fulfil our ambitions in an ever-changing landscape.


This is an exciting opportunity to work in an incredibly varied, transparent and empowered environment. All our team are privy to our revenue and financials on a quarterly basis and you will be highly integrated in that respect as well as helping to shape the business as a whole.
